Cancellation Charges: A $100 per person administration charge will be imposed for any change or cancellation 90 days or greater before departure. A $300 per person charge 90 – 46 days before departure. NO REFUND 45 – 0 days prior to departure. Name change fees subject to individual cruise line.

All correspondence with the cruise lines MUST be through International Institute of Travel / Astor Travel Services. Cruise line changes to itinerary, cabin assignments and sailings are not the responsibility of the International Institute of Travel / Astor Travel Services. International Institute of Travel / Astor Travel Services assumes no responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the cruise lines. All cancellations must be received in writing in accordance with the above schedule.
