Sunwing is looking for a Special Services Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team in Toronto - maternity leave replacement.
Responsibilities:
-Communicating with special needs passengers & their requests -air & land
-Analyzing special needs passenger requests and action/processing of same
-Communicating with inter-company departmensts (airline, tour operator) to ensure services are provided as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Highly organized and efficient
-Customer focused
-Detail oriented
-Minimum 1 - 2 years of Customer Service experience preferebly in a travel related environment
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, TTS
-Ability to work in a fast paced hectic environment.
